2026-05-17: “Two separate reports of dust storm conditions along the south edge of the thunderstorm behind the outflow boundary winds of the thunderstorm. One report was from Grinnell, the other was from Grainfield.”

2026-04-11: “Half mile west of Oakley on County Road A, time estimated. Bin for ground cane storage was moved off its foundation 3 inches, in addition to short round top cover being picked up and set back on a fence. The round top was anchored 18 inches to ground with T-posts.”

2025-08-18: “Up to 3.5 inch diameter tree limbs were blown down in town. A 54 mph wind gust was reported at the Oakley Airport at 16:29 as well.”
